Trademarks are not only an industrial property right for identifying products and services; they embody many ways of obtaining revenue in a creative manner, and above all, they bring added value to products, services and the companies themselves. It is not uncommon that the value of a company is not the product or the service itself, but the trademark which distinguishes it.
